By booking a stay with Veedu Stays, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• A confirmed booking requires full or partial payment as stated on the listing.

• All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM

• Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

3. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.

• Pets only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties (approval required).

• No parties or events without prior written consent.

4. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the stay and agree to follow all local laws and HOA/community rules.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must follow the policy stated at the time of booking.

• Refund eligibility depends on timing of cancellation.

6. Liability
Veedu Stays is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or injuries occurring during your stay. Guests accept full responsibility for personal safety.

7. Changes to Reservations
We reserve the right to relocate or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances, with a full refund or suitable accommodation offered.
